Duncan Ord’s outstanding evaluative report examining the efficacy and relevance of WAAPA Bachelor of Arts Management course proved instrumental in enabling the School to identify both the strengths and weaknesses of the current provision. Comprehensive, rigorous, and sensitive, Duncan’s overview enabled us to completely overhaul existing provision and ensure that we meet the expectations of an increasingly digitised, global working environment. His vast experience of the arts and cultural sector coupled with his close consultation with arts practitioners and professionals enabled us to undertake the formal review process with absolute confidence. Dynamic, innovative, and tremendously empowering our newly validated Arts and Cultural Management degree is destined to become one of WAAPA’s flagship courses and we are hugely indebted to Duncan’s extraordinary guidance and expertise in achieving this outcome..
